Dr. Joseph Singh, alongside his wife Dr. Kristin Hoffman, is a dedicated founder of Meridian Health Center, established in the Southwest Denver area in October 2000. His passion for chiropractic and holistic care began personally: a life-changing experience with chiropractic care in high school resolved his own health conditions, inspiring him to dedicate his life to giving the gift of health back to the community.

Dr. Kristin Hoffman, DC, is the co-founder of Meridian Health Center and a dedicated practitioner with more than two decades of experience in chiropractic care, holistic wellness, and biofeedback technology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside in 1993 and went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in 1998.
