Dr. Kristin Hoffman

Dr. Kristin Hoffman, DC, is the co-founder of Meridian Health Center and a dedicated practitioner with more than two decades of experience in chiropractic care, holistic wellness, and biofeedback technology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside in 1993 and went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in 1998.
Dr. Hoffman’s career path shifted after a year-long golf injury to her shoulder was resolved while she was working for a chiropractor. Originally pursuing osteopathic medicine, she was inspired by the effectiveness of chiropractic care and transitioned her focus to the profession. She went on to specialize in women’s health, pediatric care, and sports chiropractic, serving these communities with skill and compassion.
After the birth of her second child, Dr. Hoffman faced a personal health challenge when she was diagnosed with abnormal lymph nodes and confronted a possible lymphoma diagnosis. Her journey led her to seek holistic options, where she was introduced to biofeedback through the BioScan SRT system. With this technology supporting her recovery, her lymphatic concerns resolved, and she discovered a new passion that would define her future work.
For more than 19 years, Dr. Hoffman has provided BioScan testing and nutritional consulting at Meridian Health Center, helping patients uncover root causes, restore balance, and improve long-term wellness through personalized, noninvasive care.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Hoffman enjoys golfing with Dr. Joe, cheering on the Denver Broncos, working out, reading on vacation, and spending quality time during family game nights with her daughters and son in law.
